Spring Meeting and Auction, Tiverton Hotel (10th-12th April 2026)
This year’s spring meeting is being held at the Tiverton Hotel, Blundells Rd, Tiverton, Devon.
Programme
There will be the usual programme of displays and the auction starting at 2pm on Friday April 10th 2026 and concluding at lunchtime on Sunday April 12th 2026.
Full details of the programmes and copies of the auction catalogue will be available soon.
Room Rates
£70.00 per person per night (Dinner, Bed & Breakfast) based on two people sharing a room (£140.00 per room) with £30.00 per person per night dinner allocation
£96.00 per person per night (Dinner, Bed & Breakfast) based on sole occupancy (£26.00 single supplement per night) with £30.00 per person per night dinner allocation
Dinner from the Bar Menu: Allowance of £30.00 per person and anything over this would be charged to their room if their food for the evening exceeded this.
There are a couple of accessible bedrooms. These need to be booked early.
Saturday Lunch comprising sandwiches, chips, crudities and a fruit bowl is included in the package.
Thursday night – Bed & Breakfast is available for £70.00 per room
Sunday Lunch: If anyone wants to stay for Sunday Lunch on Sunday 12th April, this is charged at £14.95 per person for 1 course, £16.95 per person for 2-courses & £20.95 per person for 3-courses. This just needs to be booked in the Restaurant diary as soon as guests decide they would like this. The Hotel gets booked up very quickly.
