Autumn Meeting, Auction and AGM, Chesford Grange Hotel, Kenilworth
(2nd-4th October 2026)
By request, the AGM is once again being held at the Chesford Grange Hotel, Kenilworth, Warwickshire.
It is in a good central location, just 30 minutes from the M40 or the M1. The nearest train station is Kenilworth, 1.8 miles away (West Midlands Railway) or for better country-wide connections, Warwick Parkway is also easy to reach, only 4 miles away.
It is close ot Leamington Spa, Warwick, Stratford upon Avon or Kenilworth itself, so there is plenty to see and do in the area; parks and gardens, canals and rivers, abbeys and castles, shopping or the Spa at the hotel.
However, most importantly, it has accessible access to all areas meeting rooms, restaurants, and bar and five purpose built bedrooms. It also has accessible parking spaces for blue badge holders and is also dog-friendly.
Programme
There will be the usual programme of displays and the auction starting at 2pm on Friday October 2nd 2026 and concluding at lunchtime on Sunday October 4th 2026.
Dinners Friday night will be in the main River Room Restaurant with a choice of four options (two course allowance of £27 pp). Saturday night will be Private Dining in the Avon Suite for a four course, three choice set menu (plus any dietary requirements).
Lunch on friday is not included. To avoid delay, if you intend to have lunch, please let the hotel know in advance. Lunch on saturday will be a mini buffet style with a choice of sandwiches, wraps, chips, soup or salad.

Similar to last year, we have negotiated an inclusive Dinner (both nights), Bed and Breakfast and Saturday Lunch rate for the weekend as follows, based on a classic room:

Weekend both nights
Single £350 or Double £480
Upgrades are avilable at an extra £25 for a Deluxe room or £60 for a Superior King room. Any additional nights B&B will be charged at Single £125 or Double £140.
